Nice pool and pretty gardens. Convenient location, close to shops and restaurants.
Terrible room condition and outdated amenities. Broken air conditioning and loud noise from the street kept us up at night.

How clean the apartment was. How functional/practical it is. How many closets and good hangers. terrace of the apartment with the chairs and table. Swimming pool, hammocks and clean surroundings. Neat gardens between the apartment buildings.
We were there two nights, Friday and Saturday. From 6:00h onwards, especially on Friday night, there was noise as different coaches stopped in front of the apartment to drop off guests from other hotels, one of them even started buzzing. apartment (located in block 10 overlooking the street) in front of the "Hotel Valentin Sancti Petri Spa" all Saturday night, music and entertainer of a party they organized in this hotel could be heard. At the beginning the noise was soft but from 4:30 am it intensified and we woke up. music resounded even with the windows closed. My wife and I gave ourselves an ultimatum, if they woke up our son we would call the reception, it wasn't like that and we fell asleep from exhaustion. We woke up at 7:00h. as we were going to the Spanish Fencing Championships where our son was participating and he was supposed to be at the pavilion at 8:00h. at which time the party would leave in small groups. For us it was a disadvantage because the rest was important, weekend we were many hours in the pavilion and be in a hotel at night proved to be noisy we did not like. We commented on it at the reception when we left and they put it into perspective, their concern was that other guests who were leaving would not hear our complaint. We do not recommend it for quiet families to go to rest.

What I liked best was the hotel staff, nice and friendly everyone, it was nice to talk to them. That and parking outside, I do not know if it was because it was September and there were not many people, it has a free parking outside the hotel where a guard watches it 24 hours a day, you have to show him the card d where you stay and he opens it, there was always room. I imagine that in the middle of August we would not have been so lucky. We didn't have anything included, a couple of nights we had dinner at the buffet and we also loved everything about it. hotel has direct access to the beach and beach is spectacular!
To begin with, furniture is very old, air conditioning is very noisy and room smelled a bit strange. worst thing was that we had ants where the kitchen was! lot, I tried to remove them a couple of times but they came back out, one day I went to get the bread and it was full of ants, disgusting! I didn't say anything about why I was so ashamed, it made me sick to make a sandwich on top of it. I'm sure the cleaning girls would have seen them, they didn't do anything about it. I'd go back to the hotel if I knew it had been renovated, at least somewhat. Otherwise, I don't think I'll go back.

You can easily spend your days lounging on the sand or taking a dip in the crystal-clear water.
All was superb.

The hotel was luckily situated very close to the beach (however we only visited the beach at the site once since there was a lot of wind the periode in question) and we chose other alternatives (of swimming). The surroundings were very nice. In spite of the fact that the area is only containing hotels and golf courses, a great architecture of the hotels have been chosen which makes it a nice area. The personnel was very friendly and the apartment was even better than I expected. We had the view over the swimmingpool which was beautiful. There was a small play ground in the hotel garden.
The view of the swimmingpool was also sligthly negative since all people passed under our window on their way to and from the restaurant which made late evenings very noisy when keeping the window open. The beds were terribly unconfortable! The kitchen equipment should contain some more pieces. I also would have liked to see some more training/sport facilities. The hotel play ground could have been slightly bigger considering the space available and some parts of it could have been better adapted to the hands of children. Two local buses an hour, or one in the evening, passing the hotel, was not so good, I think, for persons who wish to see other places, so we had to rent a car which was, at least for me, un unexpected cost.

Location, near the beach, as well as breakfast and dinner (I had half board).
The check-in. I've been to over 40 hotels and I've never seen such a big disruption, both to get in and to get out. They only have two people attending and it takes more than 15 minutes per customer. I arrived at a quarter to two. I only had four people in front of me and they didn't give me a room until half past two. When I left, at nine o'clock in the morning, there were three people in front, one to get in and one to get out, all in the same line. I had to wait 20 minutes and only to hand over the keys because I had already paid everything at the entrance. Parking is impossible. I recommend booking the parking, although it is a bit expensive, 19 euros a day, but it pays off.

Lovely relaxed Spanish atmosphere, we hadn't realised anywhere from Perpignan to Cap St Vincent was still Brit free!
All good really, the odd lick of paint but its not pristine 'Homebase' England!

The staff, location, food, and cleanliness were all superb. Friendly and competent staff, convenient location for families, excellent food, and very clean apartments. The hotel had an espresso maker, a great pool, and was close to the beach. There was also a convenient store with affordable prices and fresh baguettes.
